ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Australian Schools
• Order on line by using the Add to Cart facility and then following the instructions
• Or download an order form and fax, email or post it
• Or use your own school purchase order and fax, email or post it
• Payment is due within 7 days of receipt of goods
• Invoice will be included with the goods
• Payment by cheque or EFT (electronic funds transfer) we don't accept credit cards

Australian Personal Orders
• Order on line by using the Add to Cart facility and then following the instructions
• We will fax or email the total amount due, including freight
• Payment must be received before items are dispatched
• Payment can be made by personal cheque, money order or EFT (electronic funds transfer)

Non Australian Schools and Non-Australian Personal Orders
• Order on line by using the Add to Cart facility and then following the instructions
• We will fax or email the total amount due, including freight
• The 10% Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax) which is included in all our prices will be removed from Non Australian invoices
• Goods will be dispatched after receipt of payment

DISPATCH AND FREIGHT

• We subsidise all freight charges to Australian postal addresses
• Items backordered will be dispatched without incurring further freight charges
• Freight outside Australia will be charged at cost
